Oh boy, let me tell you about this wedding I helped plan for Kimberly Long. What a ride!
So, first things first, we had to get the word out. Created this simple wedding website, nothing too fancy. Just a basic page with all the necessary info. Made sure it was easy to use, even for the older folks who aren’t too tech-savvy, you know? I even made sure it’s easy to find gifts and vendors on our website.
Then, it was time to spread the news on social media. Posted a few things on Instagram, just to get people excited. We got a few likes and comments, not a ton, but it was something. I’m not a big influencer or anything, just a regular person trying to help out a friend. I think I only have about 100 followers, but it’s all good. I used my Instagram account (@umweddingplanners) to share some updates.
We also used this website called Zola for the registry. It’s pretty popular for weddings these days. If anyone had trouble with it, I told them to just contact Zola’s support. They have a phone number and email, so it’s easy to get help. Some people did, and that worked out pretty good.
The Big Day
Now, for the actual wedding day, we needed some good photos. Kimberly hired a photographer, also named Kimberly Long, coincidentally. She’s based in Ocala, Florida. I checked out her reviews online, and they seemed pretty good. Plus, she had some nice photos on her website and offered some special deals. Her studio is located at 222 E Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, 34470. I haven’t seen the wedding photos yet, but I’m sure they’ll turn out great.

- Kimberly Long Photography was hired for the wedding day
Overall, planning this wedding was a lot of work, but it was also a lot of fun. It was just me helping out, no big fancy wedding planning company or anything. Just good old-fashioned hard work and a little bit of internet magic.
That’s my story of Kimberly Long’s wedding. Hope you enjoyed it! It was definitely an experience, and I was just happy to be a part of it. You know, helping friends and family with important events like this is what makes it all worth it, right?.
