Okay, so I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect bridesmaid dresses for my upcoming wedding. I finally settled on a rust color, which I think is just gorgeous for a fall ceremony. Let me tell you, finding the right shade and style was a journey!
First, I spent hours, and I mean HOURS, browsing online shops. There are just so many options out there. It gets overwhelming. I wanted something that was elegant, a little bit boho, but also flattering for all my girls, you know? They come in all shapes and sizes, so that was a big consideration.
I started by making a list of what I was looking for. It had to be:
- Rust colored, obviously
- Affordable, because weddings are expensive enough!
- Available in a wide range of sizes
- A style that’s somewhat trendy but also timeless
I narrowed it down to a few different styles. There was this one dress, I think it was called “Tabitha” or something like that. It had a fitted skirt, a flowy top with short bell sleeves, and a v-neck. It looked pretty good, and it came in that perfect rust shade. But, I wasn’t completely sold on the bell sleeves. I wasn’t sure they’d look great on everyone.
Then I looked at a bunch of different online stores that had a lot of rust and burnt orange options. They had some really pretty dresses in all the latest styles, like satin slip dresses and wrap dresses. The prices were pretty good, too. But I still wasn’t totally convinced. I was starting to feel frustrated!
Finally, I found a website that offered a whole bunch of bridesmaid dresses in tons of different colors, including rust, and they had sizes from 00 to 32! This was a game-changer. They even had a size chart specifically for bridesmaid dresses, which was super helpful. I ended up ordering a few different styles for my girls to try on, just to be sure.
When the dresses arrived, we had a little try-on party. It was so much fun! We tried on all the different styles and finally found THE ONE. It’s this beautiful satin dress with a simple silhouette, and it looks amazing on everyone. I’m so happy with how they turned out. Plus, they didn’t break the bank, which is a huge win.
So yeah, finding the perfect rust bridesmaid dresses was definitely a process, but it was totally worth it in the end. My bridesmaids are going to look stunning, and I can’t wait to see them all standing by my side on my big day!
