Honey, let me tell you, every bride wants to look good on her wedding day. Ain’t no shame in that! You wanna fit into that dress and feel good, right? This here is a bride workout plan. This plan gonna help you.
Getting Started with Your Bride Workout Plan
Now, you don’t need nothin’ fancy. Just your own two feet and maybe some of them stretchy bands if you got ’em. And time, gotta make time, like, at least 6 months before the wedding. That is a long time you know, but it will be good.
- First thing, you gotta move. Walk, dance, whatever gets you goin’. Just get that body movin’ every day.
- Then, you start doin’ some of them exercises. Push-ups, you know, against the wall if the floor’s too hard.
- And them squats, like you’re sittin’ in a chair, but there ain’t no chair. Hold onto somethin’ if you need to.
Working Them Muscles
See, you got different muscles, and you gotta work ’em all. Bride workout ain’t just about lookin’ skinny, it’s about being strong for the big day, for the wedding!
We do three things, then we do ’em again, three times. That’s nine times total. Sounds like a lot, but you can do it, little by little.
- Lift your arms up, like you’re reachin’ for the sky. Then to the sides, like you’re a bird. Do it three times.
- Then you do them leg lifts, one at a time. Hold onto a chair if you’re wobbly. Three times each leg.
- And then, you march in place, bringin’ them knees up high. One, two, one, two. Do that three times too.
Don’t Forget to Breathe and Eat
This is important. This bride workout plan needs you to eat! Now, all this movin’ and shakin’ is gonna make you hungry. That’s good! Your body needs fuel, just like a car needs gas.
- Eat your veggies, like your mama always told you. Carrots, greens, all them good things.
- And some meat, if you eat it. Chicken, fish, whatever you like. Gives you strength.
- Drink lots of water. Keeps you hydrated, they say. And it’s good for your skin, makes you glow.
Keep at It, Honey
This here workout plan for bride ain’t gonna be easy. Some days you won’t feel like it. But you gotta keep at it, for your wedding. Just remember how good you’ll feel in that dress.
There is a thing called 3 3 3 workout. I don’t know much about it, just sounds like work. But if you feel like doing it, just do it. If 3 months is enough for you to prepare, then do it in 3 months. If you need 6 months, then do it in 6 months. You are the bride, you decide.
- Don’t push yourself too hard. Listen to your body. If it hurts, stop.
- Rest when you need to. Sleep is important, they say. Helps your body recover.
- And most important, be kind to yourself. You’re beautiful just the way you are.
