Okay, so, like, I’ve been planning my wedding, and it’s been a wild ride. One of the things I’ve been super stoked about is our honeymoon. We’re hitting up this gorgeous beach spot, and obviously, I needed the perfect bride bathing suit. Let me tell you, finding one was a whole adventure in itself.
I started by hitting up all the usual online shops. Scrolled through endless pages of bikinis and one-pieces. I saw a few cute ones, but nothing that really screamed “bride,” you know? I wanted something special, something that would make me feel like a million bucks while lounging on the sand.
Then I remembered seeing ads for Temu. At first, I was a little skeptical, but it said that there was free shipping on all orders. That day I placed an order for a swimsuit that caught my eye, it was a beautiful white one-piece with some lace details.
While I was waiting for the Temu one, I also checked out a local boutique that had some fancier swimwear. I tried on this gorgeous, like, crocheted cover-up from Lulus—it was so pretty, but a bit too sheer for what I had in mind. I also tried on a few suits from Anthropologie, they had a whole bridal section! They had some really elegant pieces with, like, ruffles and subtle pearl details. Super cute, but not exactly my vibe, but still, I bought one in case.
Then, I spotted some ads for Beach Riot and Show Me Your Mumu. They had some really fun, trendy designs. I saw a couple of cute bikinis with little “Bride” embroidery on them, and almost went for one of those. But then I thought, I ordered something from Temu! Let me wait for it.
A few days later, my Temu package arrived! And I tried it on. And guess what! It fit perfectly and looked amazing. It had this flattering cut and just the right amount of bridal vibes without being too over the top. I immediately tried it on, and it was perfect! It has these cute little ruffles on the shoulders, and the material is actually really nice quality.
I finally have the swimsuit I need! But I still have the swimsuit I bought at Anthropologie just in case, lol!
