Alright, alright, let’s talk about them fancy dresses for the bridesmaid girls, the ones you gotta wear when your friend gets hitched. You know, the kind you see in all them magazines, all puffed up and shiny. Now, they tell me you can rent these things online now, ain’t that somethin’? Back in my day, you either sewed it yourself or you borrowed it from your cousin Mildred, and half the time it smelled like mothballs.

No need to stuff another dress in that already overflowing closet of yours. And Lord knows, nobody wants a closet full of dresses you only wear once.
One place they call “Rent the Runway”, sounds highfalutin, don’t it? They say it’s the most well-known one. I guess that means they got a lot of dresses. Makes sense, I reckon. You want choices, right? You don’t want to end up looking like everybody else at the wedding. That’d be a right shame. You wanna stand out, but not too much, you know? You still gotta let the bride shine. It’s her day, after all.
Then there’s this other place, “Dare And Dazzle,” they call it. Sounds flashy. They got them wedding dresses too, but we ain’t talkin’ ‘bout that today. We’re talkin’ ‘bout them bridesmaid dresses. They say you can get a good deal there, up to 70% off. Now, that sounds right up my alley. I ain’t made of money, you know? And neither are most folks I know.

Not everyone’s built like a beanpole, you know? Some of us got curves, and that’s just fine.
And then there’s “Glamourental.” Now, that sounds fancy. They got all kinds of “luxury dresses,” they say. For any kind of wedding. Makes sense, I guess. Some folks get married in a barn, some in a church, some on a beach. You need a different kind of dress for each one, I reckon. They got “accessories” too, whatever that means. Probably them sparkly things you put in your hair or around your neck.
So, there you have it. A whole bunch of places where you can rent a bridesmaid dress online. No need to go traipsing all over town, trying on a million dresses. You can just sit in your easy chair, with a cup of tea, and pick one out. Sounds pretty good to me, I gotta say. Times sure have changed, haven’t they? Back in my day, we didn’t have no “online.” We had to do things the hard way. But I ain’t complaining. Progress is good, I guess. Makes life a little easier, anyhow.
